Brief introduction to the Project

This project is for our old customer, who is one of the biggest contractors in Africa. 5 ton 10 ton overhead crane bridge crane

Due to the stable work performance and sound reputation of our previous overhead crane projects, customer keeped on work with us for this new production line. We always offer him the Europe style overhead crane with top configurations and superior work performance:

(1) All the movements of the cranes are Variable speed by VFD, esp, the lifting speed, we use the Varibale speed by VFD to replace the standard double speed by pole-changing.

(2) We offer 2 sets of geared motors for the Cross traveling, instead of the normal standard 1 set.

(3) Top configurations~~ Schneider electricals, Taiwan Telecrane brand remote control, Europe brands geared motors~~Control Technique (Nidec-CT).

These cranes are of 1 set of 10ton-16m Single girder overhead crane. Lifting speed is 0.5~5m/min; CT speed 2~20m/min; LT speed: 2-32m/min;
